We are delighted to announce the winners of our young writers’ competition. We had some brilliant entries from very talented young writers across Somerset, between the ages of 11 and 18 and would like to thank everyone who entered.
Prizes were awarded at a special event at Castle Cary Methodist Church, attended by the winners and their friends and families.
The winners, as chosen by our judge Emma Craigie, were as follows:
Year 7-9 category
